Shimshal Pass, Pamir Track

Shimshal Pamir is the home to long and dangerous tracks. There are many tracks from Shimshal that leads to Shikasgam, China, Biafo and Baltoro glaciers. Details Shimshal Pass Days; 8/9 days. (VI) Showart to Pamir, (While, staying in pamir, you can plan to climb 6000 m peaks, like Laila Peak, Destaghil Sar – 7885 meters Kunju Sar – 7790 meters Trivor – 7577 meters Yukshin Gardan Sar – 7530 meters Momhil Sar – 7343 meters Malungutti Sar – 7207 meters Whitehorn – 6303 meters Minglik Sar – 6150 meters Lupghar Sar – 7200 meters Yazghil Sar – 6000 meters Chashkin Sar—6000 metere (VII) Showart to Chakar, 5/6 hours. (VIII) Chakar to Shimshal Village in 3 days tracking. OR (IX) Chakar to Braldu Glacier, and Shikasgaam River to Biafo and Baltoro. It’s a quite long track. So, you have to prepare for this.
Snowlake Khurdopin Pass

Khurdopin is in the west Karakorum. In some books, it has been written that Britain send W.S. Lokhart to Hunza. So, there is a reference of Khurdopin in that journey. Although, Lieutenant George Cockerill came in this region for survey. And he crossed Khunjarab Pass, and Khurdopin Pass, Khurdopin Glacier, Shamshal Pass and reached Shamshal village. Concordia K-2 Basecamp, Gondogoro Pass

The most famous track in Pakistan’ North side, is called Baltoro, K-2 Basecamp track. This track is the combination of two tracks; (I). Baltoro to K-2 Basement and back. (II). Concordia to Gondogoro and Hushe Valley. World’s longest glacier, and highest mountains of the world, including K-2, Broadpeak, Gasherbrum, Masherbrum (I, II, III, IV), Chogholisa, Mustagh Tower, Trango Tower (and many other mountains) can be seen in this track. The top most point of this track is K-2 Basecamp (5100m), and Gondogoro Pass (5600). Details about Gondogoro Pass Days; 12 to 13. Region; Baltoro, Concordia, Gondogoro. Level; Difficult. Season; June to September. Track; (I). Jeep ride from Skardu to Askole for 7/8 hours. (II). Askole to Jhula, 5/6 hours. (III). Jhula to Paiyu, 6/7 hours. 1 day stay at Paiyu. (for acclimatization) (IV). Paiyu to Urdukass, 7/8 hours. . Paiyu to Trango Tower, Basecamp, 8 hours (optional track). (V). Urdukass to Goro II, 7 hours. .
