Khurdopin is in the west Karakorum. In some books, it has been written that Britain send W.S. Lokhart to Hunza. So, there is a reference of Khurdopin in that journey.
Although, Lieutenant George Cockerill came in this region for survey. And he crossed Khunjarab Pass, and Khurdopin Pass, Khurdopin Glacier, Shamshal Pass and reached Shamshal village. After that Survey, who else visited that area, had used the same track.
